DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations will be confirmed by a 50% deposit received within 10 days of placing the booking. Given 4 weeks notice of cancellation, we will return your deposit less a $25 handling fee. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks in advance are non-refundable.
