 Cloudberry Lookout Bed and Breakfast promises a unique experience
during your stay in Fairbanks, Alaska. Located on 60 wooded acres near the University,
the Lookout sits on a knoll overlooking a lovely lake. The aurora viewing
tower crowns our magnificent log and glass structure. Follow the steps notched
into a 196-year old spruce log which spirals 30' up to the dramatic glass aurorium
with its scenic rooftop walkway. Clear winter nights offer starry skies
and carry the possibility of mysterious auroras. The northern sun rules
in summertime, energizing the landscape and the people.  You'll never forget your first midnight sunset followed by a
3 am sunrise! Delight in unpredictable moments of wildlife viewing on the nature
trails right out the door, or relax with our grand piano and collection
of recordings. Soak up the warmth of spring sunshine in the solarium on
the south face of the house. Spring, summer, or fall, our location is a special
