Due to the growing physical demands of off-road motorcycle racing, it is essential for the professional athlete to maximize their physical ability in order to maximize rider skill development. Running and practice riding is not enough to reach optimal physical condition.

Off-road motorcycle racing is a total body sport that requires total body conditioning. Through the use of year round, sport specific conditioning you can train the body’s physical ability far beyond what can be accomplished through the limited training of running and riding.

Nutritional demands are of equal importance. One of the limiting factors in the body’s ability to do work are the energy stores that one has to draw from. Proper loading of the energy system is essential to have the ability to finish a race strong.

During the course of a season there is much potential for injury. Through proper conditioning, flexibility exercises and pre-race warm-up, we can strengthen and protect musculo-skeletal tissue from injury. We can also do preventative taping of pre-existing injuries to limit muscle and joint range of motion beyond normal while competing.
