Fairbanks and Alaska have lots of folk music happening all the time. The summer is filled with weekend festivals around the state. There are also winter folk fests in various communities around the state. Contradancing is also a good way to hear great music, as well as get some exercise. Alaska has a special reputation, thus we can attract guest artists and groups from all over the world. Current special events and performances here.
