We get the names and amounts on payday or the night before. This is the same method used to deposit your permanent fund dividend, social security checks or income tax refund. All you have to do to sign up for a credit to your account is give our Routing transit number 325272209 and your four digit account number to your employer or any other organization that owes you money. We have had a few debits, but bear in mind that if you authorize a charge to your account and there is not enough money to pay it, it is treated just like an NSF check. We have to tell the bank that clears our EFT items to return the item NSF, then they charge us $25 and the credit union charges a $3 surcharge for a total of $28 deducted from your account. Please be very careful before authorizing debits to your account by anyone. With the popularity of computers and the Internet, there is widespread concern about privacy issues and the serious problem of “phishing” and identity theft. We do not carry any personal information about members on our website, nor would we e-mail you to ask for personal information. When a member applies for a loan, we pull a credit report by sending a message to a special credit bureau website and retrieving just that information and nothing else. All our discarded paper transactions are shredded. We do not sell or share our database with anyone.
