WHAT'S NEW: July 1, 2010 --

The 1% Loan Rate Discount has been extended INDEFINITELY! We have lowered the interest rate ONE percent on EVERY LOAN we process until all our money is loaned out! The only stipulation is this; if you are refinancing an existing loan you must add $500 to the loan. We never charge a fee to apply for a loan; we only charge you a fee for obtaining your credit report. So, keep us busy this summer! Bring us your other loans for refinancing, or pay off high interest credit cards, etc. Do you need to do some work around the house? Maybe it's time for a new boat or recreational vehicle. YEAR 2009 TAXABLE INTEREST INFORMATION You will no longer receive a separate mailing for the interest earned on your savings accounts, tax form 1099-INT. The tax information is provided on the bottom of your December statement that should be retained with the rest of your tax documents. We are required to report all dividends of $10.00 or more per account by magnetic tape rather than a paper copy as part of the paperwork reduction efforts of the federal government.
