Insurance?

People buy Dental Insurance for the peace of mind it brings them. They know that Dental insurance is a much easier way to budget for these expenses than doing nothing and trying to deal with emergency care. It will cover a major portion of the bill, and promote better dental health.

Paying just $6 for single coverage or $13 for family coverage, per pay period, will allow you either scheduled benefits payable to a dentist of your choice, or prepaid benefits for approved providers.


The 400 Plan is an Indemnity Dental program which offers freedom of choice. You and your eligible dependents may choose any dentist you like. Benefits are subject to a generous yearly maximum which increases the longer you are covered. The Plan has no deductible. Pre-authorization procedures are easy to use. Pre-existing dental conditions are covered unless treatment was in progress at the time of application. Preventive dentistry is covered at payment levels to encourage proper care.

The 500 Plan prepaid Dental Program allows you to choose a dental center from a list provided. There are no claims to file, no paperwork, no payment delays. There is no deductible. Preventive dentistry is covered at no cost to insure proper care, and emergency treatment provisions are included.
