04/29/2003 Web Server Upgrade

Beginning at midnight 4/28 and continuing through 4:00 AM 4/29, ACS will be performing upgrades to the MosquitoNet web servers. The upgrade activities will interrupt access to FTP services for 2 to 4 hours. Users will not be able to update or make changes to web pages during this period, but your web site should continue to be available to the public throughout the upgrade with only very brief and intermittent interruption.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Sincerely ACS Internet

02/17/2003 Mosquitonet Billing Change in March

In March, the billing date on your Mosquitonet invoice will match your ACS local services invoice, and the normal amount may change slightly as the one time pro-rate is included in that invoice due to the date change. In April, you will receive your normal invoice from Mosquitonet but the date will match your ACS local phone bill. The transition will be complete in May, when you will get only one invoice for all services - your local ACS invoice. Those of you on annual, semi-annual or quarterly billing plans will remain on those billing cycles but will be invoiced on your ACS local phone bill when your renewal date comes around

An e-mail was sent to MosquitoNet subscribers explaining in more detail the affects of this change.
